The beach house features a reverse floor plan so the main living area, kitchen, pool table and bar are located on the top floor.  The home offers beautiful unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean from the double deck back porch. You will also enjoy picturesque views of the sound from the front balcony and bedrooms.

Ample seating room is provided on both floors of the house. Parents can relax while the kids play in the front or backyard, in the pool or on the beach.  The kids can also play video games on one of two 42" TVs located on the first floor and second floor (don’t forget to bring your Wii).

Perfect for Entertaining

The beach house kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave oven, and a washer/dryer. A second refrigerator is on the first floor. The house is great for hosting a big family reunion or for catering a private beachfront wedding reception.
